The percolator is made of heavy-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel, with an ultra-rugged design that stands up to rough handling and ground impacts. To make coffee, just add ground coffee to the filter basket and put the water-filled percolator on a heat source, such as a propane grill or fire grate. It's easy to check your brew's progress thanks to the PercView dome on the top, which is made of clear BPA-free Lexan resin. And you don't need a potholder to lift the percolator, as the unit's heat-resistant silicone handle stays cool to the touch. The Glacier Stainless percolator is even dishwasher-safe, with marine-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless componentry and welds.
